Do you believe in Ghosts?

Yes. many things have happened in my life that i can't explain. most are personal, but one that i can share is that after my dads uncle died, he had this strange dream where his uncle was talking to him. how about you patch? do you believe in ghosts?

Like most atheists, I don't usually believe in spiritual entities, but I have had times where I just wonder if they actually do exist. I've had some personal 'encounters', per se, but I'm a little skeptical as to what I actually saw.

hmmm. most of paranormal things have happened to family members or friends, not me. and on the tv. but like my dad said, usually good spirits wont stick around to scare you.

I wouldn't count on ghosts being real. Although it is fun to believe that sort of stuff, you have to actually face the facts and accept that entities such as ghosts have a higher chance of not existing than actually existing.

I believe. I also believe there is life past this one, im not saying i believe in reincarnation, but i believe there is life after death.

What is your basis on that belief?

Well, first of all, where the hell would you go?

Second, you can't really know until you die.

If you do not believe in ghosts/god/afterlife that is fine with me, i respect your opinion.

1. You don't go anywhere, your heart stops beating and you just die.

2. We actually can know, we have radiometric dating and measurements of distances between stars, and other complexities too hard to explain, and we have so much information that we're almost 100% sure there is no god.

I chose not to believe that electric tools can decide if spiritual energy can/can not exist.

We also have proven the Christian god wrong due to the fact that he's a falsifiable hypothesis because his properties are known to us and have been proven wrong.

right now i feel like going to my dad and saying our religion is wrong, and out god does not exist.

That's what I believe is true. We have so much evidence and facts and with these we can and have proven the Christian God does not exist. I'm not against religion, it's done a ton of good things for social communities, but I do not believe in any God because science has actual proof and no religion does.

... i dont know how to respond to that.

I think demons are real, not ghosts.

demons are ghosts, well sorta, they just have never lived in a human body.
