Angel power is 5000-8000 xats, and I would get that much by making profit. Get like 500 xats and buy a cheap power, then sell it for a high price, then buy it for a low price. For example, if you bought Military power and sold it for 750 xats, then bought it again for 600, you would make a 150 xat profit. If you keep doing this you'll get like 3k in no time, then you can do the same thing with a more expensive power.
